I’m a Missouri-based photographer with a thing for good light, real moments, and stories that don’t need much direction.

Cycling is where a lot of my work has found its home. I love the energy of race day, but I’m just as interested in everything happening around it—the quiet before the start, the people along the course, the landscapes, the grit, and all the little moments that make the day what it is.

That same curiosity follows me into everything I photograph. Whether I’m telling the story of a brand, photographing someone in their element, or documenting a season of everyday life, I want the images to feel natural, honest, and a little imperfect. Less about creating the moment and more about noticing it.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually doing something at Studio 702, my photography studio and event space in downtown Sedalia, spending time at home with my tall, bearded man, or planning where we’re eating next. Good food is usually involved. A beer or whiskey probably is, too.

Missouri is home, but I’m always up for a good road trip and a story worth traveling for.
